According to Frank Seravalli, it's clear that the Los Angeles Kings want to move on from Sean Walker.

Walker's name has been picking up a lot of steam in the rumor mill, and this is because it's been made apparent that the Kings want to move out a right-shot defenseman. Now, it's abundantly clear that Walker is the defenseman that they would like to trade the most, so we will have to wait and see if a move comes to fruition soon.

When playing at his best, Walker is a serviceable bottom-pairing defenseman who can chip in offensively occasionally from the point. Teams in need of some help on their right side should surely be calling the Kings, as Walker is there for the taking.
