Winnipeg Jets Forward Making Progress With Recovery
Winnipeg Jets forward Morgan Barron is making progress with his recovery from wrist surgery. According to team reporter Mitchell Clinton, the 23-year-old forward has returned to the ice and is back to shooting.
This is fantastic news, as it shows that Barron is starting to inch closer to his return. This is a big for the Jets when noting that they are dealing with multiple injuries up front. To help maintain their excellent start to the season, they need to get healthy as soon as possible, and Barron is clearly almost there.
Before his injury, Barron was off to a solid start with the Jets this campaign. In nine games thus far, he has a goal, three assists, and a plus-2 rating. It will be intriguing to see how he produces once he is back in action for Winnipeg.
