2 Forwards Placed On Waivers
The waiver wire has two new players today (Dec. 28), as Andreas Johnsson (New Jersey Devils) and Max Willman (Philadelphia Flyers) have been placed on it.
Johnsson is no stranger to the waiver wire, as this is the second time this season that he has been placed on them. After recording a solid 35-point campaign last season, Johnsson has fallen dramatically on the depth chart this season due to New Jersey’s stronger forward group. In two games this season with the Devils, he has zero points.
Willman, on the other hand, could maybe interest teams as a depth forward due to his cheap cap hit. In nine games with Philly this season, he has zero points.
