Arizona Coyotes Forward Sent Down to AHL

The Arizona Coyotes have sent Jan Jenik back down to the AHL. 

Jenik was called up to the NHL squad earlier this week and made his season debut following it. In his lone game with the Coyotes, he did not record a point and had an even rating. Now, his quiet call-up has come to a close, and he will be with the Tucson Roadrunners again.

Jenik should not stress this demotion too much, as it is certainly possible that he will receive another call-up before the season is over. Injuries will inevitably occur, and he is one of the Coyotes' top call-up candidates in situations like these. In 23 games this season with the Roadrunners, he has five goals and 14 points.
