Avalanche Nathan MacKinnon Injured During Flyers' Matchup
The Colorado Avalanche's injury problems just went from bad to worse as superstar Nathan MacKinnon was the latest Av's player to go down. MacKinnon suffered an upper-body injury during Monday night's contest against the Philadelphia Flyers.
The play happened in the first period when MacKinnon was visibly in pain after taking a shot. As he proceeded to the bench, Flyers forward Scott Laughton made sure to get a couple of licks in before MacKinnon left the game.
