Colorado Avalanche Forward to Miss Time
According to Kyle Frederickson of The Denver Gazzette, Colorado Avalanche forward Andrew Cogliano will be out until after the holiday break. The veteran forward suffered an upper-body injury last game against the New York Islanders.
The Avalanche have dealt with serious injury trouble with their forward group this season, so they will be hoping that Cogliano will not have to miss too much from here. Overall, the 35-year-old has once again been a solid part of the Avalanche's bottom six because of his strong defensive play, so they certainly want him back in the lineup as soon as possible.
In 30 games this season, Cogliano has four goals, three assists, and a plus-6 rating.
