Colorado Avalanche Given Brutal Injury News

While speaking with reporters, Colorado Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar announced that Valeri Nichushkin reinjured his ankle and will be out indefinitely because of it.

Nichushkin returned to the lineup earlier this month after missing a good amount of time, but now he is set to sit out again. When healthy, he has been quite good, as he has seven goals and 16 points in 15 games. As a result, the Avalanche are certainly unhappy with this news.
