Vegas Golden Knights Call Up Defenseman
The Vegas Golden Knights have called up Daniil Miromanov to their NHL roster.
Miromanov played in his first 11 NHL games last season with Vegas, where he had one assist. The 25-year-old has been dominating the AHL this season, however, as he has six goals and 13 points in 17 games for the Henderson Silver Knights. Now, he will be aiming to translate that kind of offense over to the NHL from here.
Miromanov is a very intriguing player, as he can play both defense and on the wing. As a result, he offers wonderful versatility, so it will be interesting to see if this can allow him to secure a permanent spot on Vegas' roster from here.
