Both players were previous top-10 selections and will have massive roles on the team. Both players will find themselves playing top minutes for Canada and in all situations.
Wright, who has been all over headlines this season for all the wrong reasons, is looking forward to playing some meaningful hockey games. He's been scratched numerous times this season and recently managed to get back into the Kraken lineup and score his first career goal. The 18-year-old Wright has one goal and one assist in eight NHL games this season and four goals in five AHL games.
Clarke on the other hand is once again healthy and has recorded two assists in nine games with the Kings. Clarke has also suited up in five AHL games, recording two points.
