Montreal Canadiens Make Roster Moves
The Montreal Canadiens have made some changes to their roster. Rem Pitlick has been sent down to the Laval Rocket, while Anthony Richard has been called up to the NHL squad.
After recording 26 points in 49 games with the Habs last season, Pitlick has just one goal and a minus-4 rating in 14 games this campaign. As a result, it is fair to say that he has been disappointing thus far, and he is heading back to Laval as a result of it.
Richard, on the other hand, will be hoping to get into his first NHL action since the 2019-20 season when he was a member of the Nashville Predators. In two career NHL games, he has zero points and a minus-2 rating.
