Philadelphia Flyers Send 2 Players Down to AHL
The Philadelphia Flyers have sent Kieffer Bellows and Olle Lycksell down to the AHL.
Bellows was called back up to the Flyers on Saturday, but now he is heading right back to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. During his one-day call-up, he played against the New York Rangers and failed to record a point. In 12 games with the Flyers since being claimed off waivers, he has zero points and a minus-5 rating.
Lycksell, on the other hand, has played in three games with the Flyers this season, where he has zero points and a plus-2 rating. With the Phantoms, he has been excellent, as he has 16 points in 16 games. He will be aiming to keep this kind of play up from here for them.
