Tough Injury News Continues for the Vegas Golden Knights

The Vegas Golden Knights have placed leading scorer Jack Eichel on injured reserve. The star forward who has had his fair share of injuries throughout his career finds himself on the shelve due to a lower-body injury.

Now that Eichel is officially on the IR he must miss at least seven days dating back to the last time he couldn't physically suit up for a game. After playing earlier in the week, Eichel missed Sunday's anticipated contest with the Boston Bruins, a game the Golden Knights lost 3-1.

Eichel is enjoying a solid start to this campaign with 13 goals and 29 points. The Golden Knights are dealing with a ton of adversity at the moment as they are already without Shea Theodore, Alex Pietrangelo and Zach Whitecloud.
