Arizona Coyotes Key Trade Asset to Miss Time

The Arizona Coyotes will be without Shayne Gostisbehere for the next four to six weeks due to an upper-body injury.

This is notable news, as Gostisbehere is one of the Coyotes' primary trading assets as we head into the deadline. Yet, now the offensive defenseman could very well be out of action on deadline day, as it is five and a half weeks away.

It is still likely that several teams will want to acquire Gostisbehere, as he is having another very good season and is a prime rental candidate. However, we will need to wait and see if this also creates some hesitancy. In 48 games this season, he has nine goals to go along with 29 points.
