Boston Bruins Forward to Miss Time
The Boston Bruins will be without one of their key bottom-six forwards, as Tomas Nosek has suffered a non-displaced fracture in his left foot and will be out for the next four weeks because of it.
Although Nosek does not offer too much offensively, he has become an important contributor to the Bruins because of his strong defensive play. As a result, Boston is losing one of their more notable penalty killers due to this news. Although the Bruins are at the top of the NHL, it is still never a good thing for a team to lose one of their regulars.
In 42 games this season, Nosek has three goals, five assists, and a plus-4 rating. Here's to hoping that he has a speedy recovery and suffers no setbacks in the process from here.
