Boston Bruins Make Roster Move
The hometown kid is getting another opportunity in the NHL, as Marc McLaughlin has been called up by the Boston Bruins.
McLaughlin had a very solid training camp, but the Bruins elected to have him start the season in the AHL because he was waiver exempt. In 39 games this season with the Providence Bruins, he has recorded 17 points. Overall, he has had a pretty solid year with Providence, and now he has earned this chance to play with Boston again because of it.
McLaughlin appeared in 11 games last season with Boston, where he had three goals and a minus-1 rating. Let's see how he performs for them this time around from here.
