Boston Bruins & Philadelphia Flyers Emerging as Trade Candidates
According to Anthony Di Marco of The Fourth Period, the Boston Bruins could be one of the teams that pursue Philadelphia Flyers forward Kevin Hayes at this year’s trade deadline.
The Flyers have made it known that they are willing to trade Hayes, and it makes sense when noting that his trade value is at its highest. After all, the veteran center is having a very good season and even was named to his first All-Star Game because of it. Thus, it would make sense for a playoff team like the Bruins to make a push for him, as he could be a great addition to their third line.
With Hayes being a Massachusetts native, he certainly could be open to playing for his hometown team, so we will need to wait and see if he ends up joining the Bruins from here.
