NHL Rumors: Florida Panthers Forward Linked to Calgary Flames
The Calgary Flames are having an underwhelming season, and the biggest reason behind this is their lack of scoring depth. As a result of this, they are expected to add a scoring winger before the trade deadline passes. According to Frank Seravalli, one player who could be on their radar because of this is Florida panthers forward Anthony Duclair.
Duclair has entered the rumor mill as of late, as the Panthers have limited cap space. Yet, now that the Panthers are falling out of the playoff race, they could look to be sellers regardless of their financial situation. A player like Duclair could certainly grab attention around the league. After all, he scored 31 goals and recorded 58 points in 74 contests last season.
Duclair is the kind of forward that Calgary needs, so let’s see if they end up making a big push for him before this year‘s trade deadline passes.
