NHL Rumors: Ottawa Senators & LA Kings Talking Trade

The Los Angeles Kings have made it known that they are aiming to trade one of their right-shot defenseman. The Ottawa Senators, on the other hand, are looking to improve their defensive group. As a result, it appears that these two teams could end up striking a deal, as The Fourth Period has reported that the Senators are interested in Sean Walker.

Walker has been in the rumor mill all season, but the Kings have yet to move him. However, that is expected to change, as the Kings are looking to improve their roster elsewhere and need to free up some space to do so. Walker could certainly be a good addition for Ottawa, as he plays a reliable defensive game and would fit nicely on their second pairing.

Alas, we will need to wait and see if Ottawa’s interest in Walker results in them striking a deal with Los Angeles before the trade deadline passes on March 3.
