According to Rick Dhaliwal, the Vancouver Canucks are interested in New York Rangers forward Alexis Lafreniere.

Lafreniere's name is starting to enter the rumor mill, as the 2020 first-overall pick was recently a healthy scratch, and he has developed into a top-six forward just yet. It makes sense that a struggling team like Vancouver wants to bring in Lafreniere, as he is a young player with plenty of potential.
