Pittsburgh Penguins Make Roster Move
The Pittsburgh Penguins have made an addition to their roster, as they called up Taylor Fedun.
Fedun has not appeared in an NHL game since the 2019-20 season when he was a member of the Dallas Stars. In 27 games that year, the right-shot defenseman scored two goals and recorded nine points. Now, after so much time away from the NHL, he is now getting another chance to play in the sport’s most competitive league.
Fedun is an important part of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins’ defensive group due to his reliable defensive play and veteran leadership. Now, he will be aiming to translate these elements over to the NHL while with Pittsburgh during this call-up from here. Although he is not a star, he should serve as a decent depth player for the Penguins while he has the chance to be with the NHL squad. Let's see if he can get into any action during it from here.
