2 Players Placed on Waivers - 27/2/2023

The NHL announced two players were put on waivers on Monday February 27, 2023 including Scott Harrington of the New Jersey Devils and Michael Houser of the Buffalo Sabres.

Harrington was just acquired by the Devils in the Timo Meier trade from the San Jose Sharks. The veteran defenseman is 29 years old, a pending unrestricted free agent and so far in 28 games this season with the Sharks, Harrington has recorded seven points. 

Houser is a 30-year-old undrafted goaltender who has recorded a .895 save % in 13 games with the American Hockey League's Rochester Americans this season.
