Arizona Coyotes Rumors: Nick Bjugstad Trade Close, 3 Teams Linked

The Arizona Coyotes are engaged in trade talks regarding forward Nick Bjugstad as the versatile forward sat out Tuesday's game for trade-related reasons.

Bjugstad joined defenseman Jakob Chychrun in the press box as management continue to work the phones. As for the towering forward, there's been plenty of interest in his services and a lot has to do with the fact he's making less than $1 million.

Bjugstad has recorded 23 points in 59 games and is having a solid campaign as a checking-line forward for the Coyotes. The Edmonton Oilers, Pittsburgh Penguins and Boston Bruins have all been linked in recent days.

Expect to see a deal transpire before Friday afternoon as the Coyotes will cash in on their asset and a contender will add another rental for their playoff run.
