Edmonton Oilers Rumors: Trade In The Works
Edmonton Oilers general manager Ken Holland is expected to be busy ahead of the trade deadline. The Oilers have been linked to a number of conversations including interest in San Jose Sharks defenseman Erik Karlsson and Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane.
While a blockbuster is less likely in Edmonton, one deal to expect is seeing Jesse Puljujarvi moved. Hockey insider Chris Johnston shed some light on the situation on a recent podcast episode:

Puljujarvi has been all over the map this season and after 52 games of playing all over the lineup, he's scored five times and has chipped in with 11 points. The Columbus Blue Jackets, Carolina Hurricanes, Buffalo Sabres, Anaheim Ducks and Detroit Red Wings have all been linked at some point. When you're in trade talks for two seasons, these things happen.
