NHL Rumors: Golden Knights Linked to Blues All-Star Forward

According to The Fourth Period, St. Louis Blues star Vladimir Tarasenko is on their radar because of it.

Tarasenko requested a trade from the Blues back during the 2021 Offseason, but he has yet to be traded. That is likely to finally change at the deadline, however. This is because he is a pending unrestricted free agent, and the Blues are likely to be sellers due to their struggles this season. Thus, Tarasenko could finally get his wish by March 3, and the Golden Knights would be wise to pursue him because of it.
Tarasenko would give the Golden Knights a much-needed sniper as they gear up for the playoffs. Furthermore, he could form a strong duo on the first line with Jack Eichel, so this could be an avenue that the Golden Knights should seriously consider. Alas, we will need to wait and see if Vegas ends up bringing in the sniper from here.
