Video: LA Kings Goalie Kicked Out for Blocker Punches
Los Angeles Kings netminder Pheonix Copley was assessed a match penalty on Friday night against the Anaheim Ducks after Copley had a meltdown in a scrum and started throwing a series of blocker punches.

Copley's antics didn't only get the attention of the refs, Ducks goalie John Gibson skated down the ice and there was almost a goalie fight, before the officials decided that was enough of that.
Copley has burst onto the scene this season in LA and it's been because of his ability to stop the puck and not necessarily his right hook. He entered Friday's action holding a 17-3-1 record on the season and certainly has changed the Kings direction when it comes to trades interest this season.
