The 26-year-old forward is a pending restricted free agent who is making $1.6 million against the cap in 2022-23. He's recorded zero points in his one appearances with the Sabres this season and has had a strong season in the AHL, putting up 25 points in 42 games.

Bjork was originally a fifth-round pick of the Boston Bruins at the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. He'll be given some more minutes in Chicago as the Blackhawks continue to ship out forwards as they look to tank for Connor Bedard.
Keep an eye on the Sabres as they are in the market for goaltending and another top-six forward. Buffalo is close to getting over the hump and becoming a serious threat in the Eastern Conference Stanley Cup Playoff race.
