Colorado Avalanche Captain Returns To Practice
The Colorado Avalanche dominated the entire NHL en route to their third Stanley Cup victory in franchise history last season, and with so much talent on this team, they were favoured to do so again this season, but they started off slow due to injuries and other setbacks.
The biggest absence for this team all season long has been their long-standing captain Gabriel Landeskog, as he has been missing all year long due to arthroscopic knee, and in recent days, he has taken big steps towards a return.
While he isn't yet at full contact practice with the team, he has begun skating at the facility and working individually at practice, so if the team can continue building momentum and get their captain back ahead of the playoffs, they may be the favourite in the West.Gabriel Landeskog is continuing to skate.
