New York Rangers Sign Forward To Entry Level Contract
The New York Rangers have been firing as of late, with back-to-back dominant shutout wins, and with less than a month to go until playoffs begin, they appear to be a team that's gearing up for a very deep playoff run.
On Tuesday, the team has added some young firepower for the future too, as the team officially announced that they have signed forward prospect Brett Berard on a three-year entry level contract that will begin next season.
In 72 games for Providence College over the past two seasons, Berard has put up 28 goals and 34 assists for 62 points, and after picking him up in the 5th round of the 2020 NHL Draft, and now he's ready to contribute to the team in a big way beginning in 2023/24.It's official!
