Vegas Golden Knights: Trade Offer Made for Goaltender
According to David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period, the Vegas Golden Knights and Columbus Blue Jackets are discussing a trade regarding disgruntled netminder Jonathan Quick.
Sounds like there is serious discussion between #CBJ & #VegasBorn about G Jonathan Quick. We'll see where this goes.

Quick was blindsided by the recent trade from the LA Kings and will not be reporting to Columbus. There's little doubt he'll be moved before the 3pm est Friday deadline.
The Golden Knights have been in the market for some goaltender depth for quite some time and when they missed out on Joonas Korpisalo, they had to turn their attention to other candidates and Quick has kind of fallen on their laps.
So far through 31 appearances in 2022-23, Quick has recorded a 11-13-4 record with a 3.50 GAA and a .876 save %. Word is Kings GM Rob Blake informed Drew Doughty and Anze Kopitar of the move after Tuesday's game and both players were shocked and disappointed. Considering Quick's numbers this season, can you blame Blake for moving on?
