Winnipeg Jets Rumors: 3 Free Agents to Target This Offseason
Welcome to NHL Trade Rumors' 2023 Free-Agent Targets series. During it, we will be discussing three pending unrestricted free agents that each team should aim to sign.
In this latest episode, we will be focusing on the Winnipeg Jets.
Max Domi: The Jets would be wise to add to their middle six this offseason, and Max Domi could be a great target for them to consider because of it. He is capable of playing both center and left wing, so he would provide them with some versatility. With that, he is also having a very good season, as he has posted 54 points in 72 games played.
Erik Haula: A potential third-line option for the Jets to pursue this offseason is Erik Haula. He has been serviceable with the New Jersey Devils this year, as he has nine goals and 34 points in 74 games. Although he is not a star, he can provide decent secondary scoring, and that is something that the Jets need.
Ryan Reaves: Could the Jets bring the hometown kid to Winnipeg and sign Ryan Reaves to a one-year deal? It could make sense for them, as they could use some toughness on their fourth line, and he has produced a bit offensively this year as well (14 points in 66 games).
