Anaheim Ducks Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots for Max Comtois

After posting a 33-point campaign in 55 games during the 2020-21 season, Anaheim Ducks forward Max Comtois has struggled to replicate that production since. This has led to him being in the rumor mill since last season, and they are expected to shop him yet again this summer. As a result, let's discuss three possible landing spots for the 6-foot-2 forward.

Montreal Canadiens: The Montreal Canadiens stand out as a team who could be willing to take a chance on Comtois. After all, they are currently rebuilding and are in a position to give a young player like Comtois a chance. When looking at their current group, it is fair to argue that he could fit into their middle six and on their power play.

Columbus Blue Jackets: The Columbus Blue Jackets had a dreadful 2022-23 season, and they are expected to make changes to their group because of it. With Comtois being a young forward who had previous success, perhaps he is the kind of player that Columbus would be open to taking a chance on.

Nashville Predators: The Nashville Predators made it clear that they are ready to retool their roster after trading away players like Mattias Ekholm, Mikael Granlund, and Tanner Jeannot before the deadline passed. Due to this, they could be open to the prospect of bringing in Comtois. He is still young and has the potential to turn things around.
