Anaheim Ducks Rumors: Forward to be Shopped This Summer

The Anaheim Ducks are ready to make changes to their group this offseason. As a result, one player who they are expected to listen to offers for this summer is Max Comtois.

Comtois' name has come up in the rumor mill since last season, but the Ducks have yet to move him. However, when noting that he has struggled to find his previous scoring touch for the second season in a row, things are expected to change on that front.

After posting a 33-point campaign in 55 games in 2020-21, Comtois has not come close to those totals since. In 64 games this season, he has nine goals to go along with 10 assists. He has been noticeably physical, however, as he has 81 hits and 76 penalty minutes.

When noting that Comtois has had previous success offensively and plays a heavy game, there should still be a market for him this offseason. As a result, look for the Ducks to successfully move him, as he simply needs a change of scenery at this juncture.
