Another Location Named For 2023 NHL Global Series
The NHL have been attempting to grow the game internationally in the past few seasons, and after announcing a pre-season matchup in Melbourne Australia between the Kings and Coyotes, and now, we will be seeing a fun round-robin matchup of four teams in another location.
In November, the NHL Global Series begins again as the Minnesota Wild, Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Senators and Detroit Red Wings will play a series of four games in front of the faithful Swedish crowds.
The NHL is littered with superstar Swedish players such as Erik Karlsson, Mika Zibanejad, Filip Forsberg and plenty more, so it makes sense for the game to once again go back there, and with a different, exciting set up this time, there's no doubting that this will be well supported. The #NHLGlobalSeries returns to Stockholm this November with the @MapleLeafs, @DetroitRedWings, @Senators, and @mnwild! πΈπͺ
