Injury Update On Two Carolina Hurricanes
The Carolina Hurricanes have taken a commanding lead in their first round series over the New York Islanders, and with the chance to close it out on Tuesday night, they've now revealed some fantastic news ahead of that clash.
After leaving Game Four with an upper body injury, Rod Brind'Amour revealed that he is at practice and feeling better, and will potentially be available for Game Five, but if not, it looks as though he will return soon and at the very least be very for the second round.
As for goaltender Frederik Andersen, it looks like he should once again be available for Game Five, and with the Islanders right where they want them, the Hurricanes have a good chance to close this matchup out at home on Tuesday night.Rod Brind'Amour shares at his media availability that Jack Drury is feeling better today after leaving yesterday's first period with an upper-body injury. He could potentially play tomorrow.
