Toronto Maple Leafs: The Toronto Maple Leafs are likely going to try to re-sign O'Reilly this offseason. Before his injury, the 32-year-old was fitting in beautifully, as he had five points in his first eight games. If he's willing to take a discount to stay in Toronto, don't be surprised to see the veteran and the Leafs come to an agreement.

Colorado Avalanche: The Colorado Avalanche could consider making a run for O'Reilly this offseason. After all, they were linked to him leading up to the deadline, and J.T. Compher is a pending UFA. Thus, perhaps this is a reunion that we could see come to fruition, as there appears to be a good match on paper.

Carolina Hurricanes: The Carolina Hurricanes also stand out as another club that could aim to sign O'Reilly this summer. Since losing Vincent Trocheck, they have been in need of a 2C, and O'Reilly could be a great fit for that role for them.
