Tampa Bay Lightning Forward Could Be Out for the Season
The Tampa Bay Lightning spent five draft picks and defenseman Cal Foote to acquire Tanner Jeannot from the Nashville Predators and it turns out, Jeannot may not be available for the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Jeannot got tied up with Isles defenseman Scott Mayfield and had his leg in a very awkward position when he fell and hit the ice. Here's the play which took Jeannot out of Friday's game and could keep him on the shelve for the foreseeable future:

Cooper on his level of concern with tonight's injuries: "High. Not so much about Maroon, but for sure Jeannot. That's a little worrisome."

Jeannot has appeared in 20 games for the Bolts, recording four points and a bunch of hits as he was brought in to solidify the team's checking line. Tampa Bay will be opening their Stanley Cup Playoffs in Toronto against the Maple Leafs and considering how this looked, it's very likely Jeannot will not be dressed.
