Two Major Upsets Highlight Tuesday Night's NHL Playoff Action
The NHL playoffs are now in full swing, and eight teams kicked off their opening series on Tuesday night, and while some results weren't that shocking, there were certainly two major surprises in the Western Conference.
In the first Western Conference matchup of the night, the Seattle Kraken were fantastic in all phases as they took down the defending Champion Colorado Avalanche by a score of 3-1, continuing the stellar sophomore season for Seattle in the NHL.
Next up was the biggest upset that few people saw coming, as the Winnipeg Jets put their foot on the gas and never let up, taking down the Vegas Golden Knights 5-1, and while neither may come away with a series win, it's a thrilling start for both young squads.
