Vancouver Canucks Rumors: 3 Offseason Trade Candidates
Welcome to NHL Trade Rumors' Offseason Trade Candidates series. During it, we will be looking at three players from each team who could be moved during the summer.
In this latest episode, we will be focusing on the Vancouver Canucks.
J.T. Miller: The Canucks have until July 1st to move J.T. Miller before his contract extension and full no-movement clause kick in. When noting that the Canucks were shopping him at the deadline, it would not be surprising at all if they aim to move him during the early moments of the offseason. The Pittsburgh Penguins were specifically linked to him.
Brock Boeser: Brock Boeser was shopped heavily and even given permission to speak with other teams before the deadline, but a deal never came to fruition. With teams having more cap space to work with during the offseason, expect a move to finally occur centering around the skilled winger.
Conor Garland: Conor Garland is another Canuck who has been shopped, so that is likely to carry over to the offseason. Teams looking for a bit more secondary scoring and help in their middle six should surely be calling the Canucks about him.
