New York Islanders Rumors: Coyotes Forward On Team's Radar

The New York Islanders' season is over, and a major reason behind that was their scoring woes. As a result of this, they are expected to add a top-six winger this offseason, and one player who they have on their radar is Arizona Coyotes forward, Lawson Crouse.

Crouse's name started to pick up steam as we inched closer to the 2023 NHL Trade Deadline, but the Coyotes decided to keep him around. However, when noting that he has an excellent contract, plays a very heavy game, and scores goals, there is no question that Arizona could land a big return for him. As a result, the rebuilding Yotes are expected to listen to offers for him this summer.

If the Islanders acquired Crouse, he would be a candidate to receive time on the club's first line and power play. Overall, he would be a massive addition to an Islanders team that needs a real spark. We will need to wait and see if they can acquire him from here.
