Dallas Stars Sign Forward To Contract Extension
The Dallas Stars have announced the re-signing of forward Fredrik Karlström to a one-year, two-way contract.
The 25-year-old native of Stockholm, Sweden, made a brief appearance during the 2022-23 season, appearing in five regular season games with the Stars and notching one assist in his NHL career.

Karlström, originally selected by Dallas in the 2016 NHL Draft, has shown his skills and potential during his time with the Stars' AHL affiliate, the Texas Stars. In 112 regular season games with the team, he has accumulated 55 points.
As the Stars look to the upcoming season, Karlström, being one of the more experienced forwards on the roster, aims to transition from AHL duty to regular playing time in the NHL.
