Janmark is a versatile bottom-six forward who has been a nice addition in Edmonton since signing with the club last summer. Janmark produced 25 points in 66 games and managed to appear in five Stanley Cup Playoff games before getting injured.
Ken Holland on OilersNow says he will meet with both Mattias Janmark and Nick Bjugstad's agents in Nashville. Says that Janmark wants to stay and loves being an Oiler.

Jason Gregor reported that the Oilers have an offer on the table for Janmark around $1.1M.
The Oilers need bottom six help and are in a better place with Janmark in the fold. They've been linked to a number of free-agent forwards including Connor Brown, Nick Bonino and Noel Acciari.
Expect to see GM Ken Holland very busy this upcoming weekend as free agency begins. The Oil have roughly $7 million in cap space after Janmark puts pen to paper. There's rumblings they are testing the trade market on Jack Campbell and Philip Broberg.
