2 St. Louis Blues Who Could Be Traded Before 2023-24 Season
Now that the busiest part of free agency is over, trade talk is starting to pick up again. As a result, this series will go over two players from each team who could be traded before the start of the 2023-24 season.
In this latest edition of the series, we will be looking at the St. Louis Blues.
Torey Krug: The St. Louis Blues already tried trading Torey Krug this summer to the Philadelphia Flyers, but he used his no-movement clause to stop the move. It is clear that St. Louis wants to move on from the offensive defenseman, so he is an obvious trade candidate. The real question will be if Krug is willing to accept a deal elsewhere.
Colton Parayko: Colton Parayko's name has been floating around the rumor mill since the trade deadline. Teams like the Ottawa Senators, Winnipeg Jets, and Edmonton Oilers have been previously connected to him. Parayko would be a nice shutdown defenseman for teams looking to improve their right side to have, but like Krug, he of course will need to accept a move due to his full no-trade clause.
