Calgary Flames Rumors: Free-Agent Forward On Team's Radar

The Calgary Flames are looking to add to their bottom six before the start of the 2023-24 season. Due to this, one player who they have on their radar is Noah Gregor.

Gregor was let go by the Sharks earlier this summer, and he has yet to find a new home in free agency. However, when noting that he is still only 24 years and has shown that he can be a decent bottom-six option, things on that front could change soon. When looking at Calgary's lineup, he could be a good fit there.

Gregor spent this past season with San Jose, where he had a career-high 10 goals to go along with seven assists in 57 games. He also played a physical game, as his 97 hits on the year effectively display.

We will need to wait and see if the Flames end up bringing in Gregor this summer from here. He would be a decent player to bring in at a cheap hit, but time will tell if that does in fact happen. In 178 career NHL games over four seasons, he has 26 goals, 25 assists, and 51 points.
