Coyotes Rumors: Jan Jenik Wants Out of Arizona

According to Craig Morgan, Arizona Coyotes forward Jan Jenik is seeking a trade to continue his NHL career.

Jenik has had trouble cementing himself as an NHL regular with the Coyotes. That is expected to remain true if he sticks with the Coyotes this upcoming season, too, as they added multiple forwards to their group. Thus, it makes sense that he is hoping to be traded to a team that will offer him more chances.

Jenik played in just two games with the Coyotes last season, where he had zero points. Over the last three seasons, he has played in 17 games with Arizona, posting four goals, five points, and 31 hits.

It will be interesting to see if any teams are interested in bringing in Jenik from here. When noting that he is still only 22 years old, he still has upside, but time will tell if he finds a new home from here.
