Flyers Rumors: 2 Possible Landing Spots for Scott Laughton

Scott Laughton has been in the rumor mill for quite some time, but the Philadelphia Flyers have yet to move him. When noting that the Flyers are rebuilding, things could change on that front this season. Let's go over two teams who could make a push for him from here.

Minnesota Wild: The Minnesota Wild will be looking to improve their forward group this season. The center position is one that has been weak for them for quite some time, and adding Laughton would be a nice way to remedy that ongoing situation. However, he also would work as a winger in their middle six due to his versatility if acquired.

Calgary Flames: The Calgary Flames are another club who could consider making a push for Laughton this season. He would be a nice addition to their top nine, and they are also facing questions down the middle. Elias Lindholm and Mikael Backlund are entering the final years of their deal, so adding another center for insurance could certainly be in the cards for them.
