Out of the many names on this list, Gaudette is arguably the most notable. The 26-year-old forward spent all of last season in the AHL, split between the Toronto Marlies and Springfield Thunderbirds. Teams looking for a depth forward with decent NHL experience could consider taking a shot on him.

Riley Nash is another intriguing name on this list. He has an immense amount of experience and could receive interest from teams looking to add a fourth-line center or extra forward because of his effective defensive play.

Other intriguing names left from today's batch include Connor Mackey, Anton Blidh, and Alex Belzile. It will be interesting to see if any of these players end up getting claimed off of waivers from here.
