NHL Rumors: 2 Possible Landing Spots for Derick Brassard

Derick Brassard is still without an NHL home in September. Yet, when noting that he is a veteran forward who can contribute offensively in a bottom-six role. Due to this, there could be some teams willing to sign him to at least a PTO. Let's discuss two of them now.

Boston Bruins: The Boston Bruins' center depth is quite weak heading into the new season. They also have limited cap space, so it will be hard for them to make a big move. Due to this, taking a look at Brassard on a PTO or a league-minimum deal could be something that benefits both parties.

Anaheim Ducks: The Anaheim Ducks could also use another center on their roster. They showed this summer that they are willing to add players even if they are rebuilding, so perhaps taking a chance on Brassard is something they could consider.
