Canucks Rumors: 3 Teams Linked to Conor Garland

According to NHL insider Elliotte Friedman, Vancouver Canucks winger Conor Garland is garnering interest from multiple teams around the league, and the Columbus Blue Jackets, Winnipeg Jets, and Nashville Predators are among them.

The Canucks are looking to move Garland and recently gave him permission to speak with teams. Reports out there have surfaced that the Canucks are looking to improve their blue line in a potential Garland swap.

Garland has seen his role with the Canucks drop, and a change of scenery may be the best thing for both the player and the team. The problem? He has a $4.95 million cap hit until the end of the 2025-26 season, so it is not the easiest of contracts to move out.

We will need to wait and see if the Blue Jackets, Jets, or Predators end up landing Garland from here. Either way, a move should be coming at some point during the season.
