Kraken Rumors: 2 Potential Landing Spots for Jordan Eberle

It has been a disastrous start for the Seattle Kraken this season, and they are already looking like potential sellers. With Jordan Eberle being in the final year of his contract, he could be a player they consider moving if he is not signed to an extension by the deadline because of it. Let's discuss two teams that could target the veteran winger in this scenario now.

New York Islanders: A return to the New York Islanders could be in the cards for Eberle. They need scoring, and this has been an issue since they lost him to the Kraken during the expansion draft. Eberle would immediately fit in their top six again and be a big addition to their power play.

New York Rangers: The Rangers could also make sense as a landing spot for Eberle. The Blake Wheeler experiment has not worked out so far, and they could use a player like Eberle to replace him if his struggles continue. With that, the Rangers could use a bit more depth on the wing in general.

Let's see if either team lands Eberle before the deadline passes from here.
