Blackhawks Rumors: 2 Potential Landing Spots for Tyler Johnson

The Chicago Blackhawks may have landed Connor Bedard, but they are still very much in a rebuild. Because of this, one player who is likely to be moved this season is forward Tyler Johnson. Let’s go over two teams who could make a real push to land the veteran forward now.

Tampa Bay Lightning: Johnson was once a nice part of the Lightning’s roster. Given the fact that they could use some forward depth in their top nine, a reunion could make sense for both the player and the team. He would also give their power play a bit of a boost in the process.

Arizona Coyotes: The Arizona Coyotes are looking to improve their roster, so they could be on the hunt for a forward during this season. He would be a fit in their middle six and also could work on their second power-play unit. Due to this, don’t count them out as a club who could bring in Johnson.

We will now need to wait and see if either of these two clubs end up bringing in Johnson during this season from here.
